Marie Claire Spain - Olivia Palermo!

I know this is going against everything I want to be (not the typical consumer who may fall for the pressures to fall in love with the faces and personas of some models/celebs) but my God what an editorial!!! The make-up is superb and so is the styling (may have not repeated the camera holding), the hair, and lets not forget the cheekbones. Perfect spring colors and inspiration. Favorite shot: Number 2.

Inspiration: Photography

The LV Cruise 2012 shots were so beautiful, but this one is definitely the favorite out of the bunch. The lighting, the hair, the Paris in her eyes!

Vintage Cameras- A Lost Art

Wouldn't you love to go visit a vintage camera museum, where they would show you photos printed from each camera, and a history of camera making, and maybe a workshop or two? Multi billionare idea? Check.

Yowa Yowa

This is what a fabulous idea in action looks like. This woman is from Tokyo (The Japanese always get it right) and has dedicated her photographical journey to be about her, floating, everywhere. Awesome we know. Here are some of them, to check out her site go to Yowayowacamera.com

The Ballerina Project

A Ballerina is essentially the most elegant form of the female body in dance today. Regality, and beauty shine through every woman as she is wistfully carried away by her 'effortless' steps around the stage. In this project, each ballerina is a "collaborative work of dance, fashion design and photography played out against the city's landscape." Photographed in New York, they are as breathtaking as they are dreamy.

The Whole Story

Debra Folz has created a very cute way to maintain and showcase your photographs in an open and creative way. These little books stand up on their own closed and opened, and are buyable on her site: www.debrafolz.com. Definitely something unique, something NYV.

Alain Delorme: Brilliant Photographer

Born a Parisian in 1979, a Master of photography at Paris VIII University, his latest work "Totems" is fantastic. " fascinated by migrants' loads, he has photographed (during 2009 and 2010) piles of stacked 'made in china' products which form unusual sculptures, symbols of a form of fetishization of the objects themselves." Take a look yourself. www.alaindelorme.com
